It is super quick and easy to make and substitutes rice with poha. I was just happy to have a 5 minute dessert recipe on hand and was not even aware of the benefits of poha until I read Sangeeta's ( Healthfood Desividehi) post about it. You can make it healthier by reducing the sugar and adding fruits on top instead. I have plans to make this with some mango puree very soon.
